This is episode 5 of our series going over how we can create a survival horror game using Unreal Engine 4 from scratch. We’ll be going over how to create various mechanics built around the game.
In today’s episode we show you how you can create a true first person camera that shows your entire body when looking around such as feet, legs, arms and so on.
We do this by moving the camera in the third person template to the same location as the head and attach it to ensure it moves with the player for realistic movement and head bobbing.
