TIGA Covid-19 survey

‘TIGA Survey: COVID-19, have your say’ deadline extended

The deadline for TIGA’s Survey collecting responses on how COVID-19 is impacting businesses and employees, and what further help is needed from the Government, has been extended to Wednesday 15 April 2020.

On Tuesday 17 March 2020  and Friday 20 March 2020, the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced a range of economic measures in response to coronavirus. Given the need for social distancing, the Government’s measures are targeted at the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. However, the Chancellor labeled the pandemic an ‘economic emergency’ and said he will do ‘whatever it takes’.

TIGA exists to support games businesses, particularly at this important time. Therefore, we want to hear your views on how COVID-19 could impact your organization and what help you need from the government. Your input will be vital in informing government measures for our industry.
