This is episode 16 of our series going over how we can create a survival horror game using Unreal Engine 4 from scratch. We’ll be going over how to create various mechanics built around the game.
In today’s episode we begin to work on a discard system allowing the player to throw/remove items from their inventory.
We focus on setting up the UI side of things, displaying the mouse cursor to make selection easier and create the buttons/variables required!
